November continued the path of recovery

1- Analysis of the month.

In November 2020, 42,456 tonnes of exports were achieved, confirming the upward trend. November is a period in which we usually note a decrease in exports, mainly due to the arrival of bad weather and the inventories of distributors. However, this year,  these factors have not affected in general. Proof of this is, if we compare November 2020 and 2019, this gives us an increase of 9,774 tonnes (+29.91%).

                                                                                                                                                                  November   +9774 Tn.  (+29,91%)

By countries, similar figures to those of October are observed in the volume exported in France, Belgium, UK and the accumulated volume of the rest of the countries. In the case of the German market, we can observe a decrease of 3,927 with respect to October.

2-Analysis of the accumulated export data

The accumulated general export data, thanks to the good performance of the markets and the productions after the confinement of the month of April-May, allow us to continue reducing the differences with 2019. In this way, at the end of November, we reached 431,909 tonnes against 446,205 tonnes in 2019 (-3.31%).

By country, the German market keeps on its good performance, with a positive ratio in 2020 compared to 2019 despite of the containment (+8,424 tonnes). France continues to close the gap with 2019 (-6,555 tonnes), as England (-18,955 tonnes) and Belgium (-652 tonnes). The accumulated figures for the rest of the countries follow the same trend (-2,138 tonnes).
